Synaps is a multi-modal resource logistics and digital operations platform. It enables technical oversight of energy resource supply chains via an integrated digital suite, using AI to synchronize resource dispatching with real-time operational requirements.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any misuse may result in termination of access.

All content, features, and functionality on the Synaps platform, including software, text, and visualizations, are the exclusive property of Synaps and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as provided.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Synaps does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for decisions made based on platform data. Use of AI-driven insights is at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synaps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
